The 59 year old Bengal Association of New Delhi, which have been promoting Bengali Culture and Literature in Delhi and National Capital Region (NCR) for six decades, has organised a first of its kind Bengali film festival- Padma Jamuna Cine Utsav, at Muktadhara Auditorium at Banga Sanskriti Bhavan, Bhai Veer Singh Marg from 2-4 September, 2016.
